Η PaliouriBoats ιδρύθηκε το 2026 με έδρα το Παλιούρι Χαλκιδικής, με στόχο να προσφέρει μοναδικές θαλάσσιες εμπειρίες στις πανέμορφες ακτές της Χαλκιδικής. Ιδρυτής της είναι ο Στράτος Πλατιάς, γεννημένος και μεγαλωμένος στο Παλιούρι, με πολυετή εμπειρία τόσο στην πλοήγηση σκαφών όσο και στη διαχείριση στόλου. Επιπλέον είναι προπονητής θαλάσσιου σκι με εμπειρία στα θαλάσσια σπορ από το 2008 μέχρι σήμερα, και διασώστης υγρού στοιχείου στην ελληνική ομάδα διάσωσης.
